Does everyone need to buy Dharma to practise together? People can sit together on the host's audio with no second purchase. To join a Co-Regulate session on their own iPhone, each person needs Dharma installed.
Can Android phones join? No. Android cannot join an iOS session.
Can my Apple Watch join a session? No. The Watch cannot join the phone session. The Watch app is a practice of its own.
Do I need the internet? Once installed, Co-Regulate works without an internet connection. Downloading the app needs one.
