Breath is boss. It's the most subtle yet profound tool we have to know ourselves better and to self regulate when we're not at our best. It's both the narrator of our psychological state and the master controller of our physical body. It's with us at every moment and everywhere we go- intentional or on autopilot.
Join our growing community. We meet every Tuesday from 8-8:30. Each week we'll explore a new breath and put it to practice. The first 10 minutes of class is instruction and 15 minutes of putting it to practice.
No experience needed- just a willingness to try something new. If sitting on the floor is uncomfortable, we’ll have a few chairs available.
