An educational and experiential dive into the somatic and interoceptive landscapes of being human.
A four week series, starting 2/1, a 75 minute course incorporating breathwork, meditation and restorative yoga. It's appropriate for any level of experience.
Week 1- levels of embodiment
Week 2- breath and a body
Week 3- emotional body and emotional granularity
Week 4- meditation and how to apply al of these lessons into your everyday life
